Terms &
Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions govern use of the DELTOCIU website and general inquiries about its business consulting services. A signed proposal or services agreement, when one exists, controls the specific scope, fees, schedule, and responsibilities of an engagement.
Website purpose
The website presents information about DELTOCIU's service operations consulting, including client onboarding review, service delivery planning, business procedure mapping, and service standards documentation. Content is general information and may be updated. Viewing this site or completing its browser-only form does not create a consulting relationship, reserve project availability, or constitute acceptance of a proposal.
Inquiries and communications
The contact window validates fields locally and displays a message after completion. It does not send the entered information to us. To make an inquiry, contact us directly using the email address or phone number below. We may request additional details before deciding whether to propose an engagement. You are responsible for ensuring that information you choose to send is accurate and that you have authority to share any organization materials.
Services, proposals, and acceptance
Services are tailored to a defined workflow or set of processes. A proposal may describe the work to be reviewed, deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, timetable, fees, revisions, and client responsibilities. No work is required to start until the parties agree to the relevant written terms. A requested change to scope, number of processes, deliverables, or timeline may require a revised fee and schedule.
Published prices
Prices shown on the website are starting prices for a limited single-workflow engagement and are expressed in U.S. dollars. They are informational and are not an automatic offer to perform every project at that price. The final quote depends on the number of workflows, existing documentation, stakeholders, complexity, and agreed deliverables. Applicable taxes or third-party costs, if any, should be identified in the written proposal.
Client participation
Useful consulting work depends on timely access to relevant process information and feedback. A client should identify an appropriate point of contact, provide reasonably accurate materials, review drafts, and make decisions needed for the agreed work. DELTOCIU may rely on information supplied by the client without independently auditing every underlying fact unless independent verification is expressly included in the scope.
Deliverables and permitted use
Process maps, procedure outlines, guidelines, and checklists are prepared for the agreed client and scope. Ownership, licenses, and any right to reuse working materials should be stated in the signed agreement. Website copy, layout, and brand elements remain subject to applicable intellectual-property rights. Do not copy or republish substantial portions of this website without permission, except where law permits.
Professional judgment and limitations
Consulting recommendations are based on the information available during the engagement and the scope agreed in writing. They are not a guarantee of revenue, cost savings, compliance certification, or a particular operating result. The client remains responsible for business decisions, employee management, implementation, and obtaining qualified legal, tax, accounting, or regulated-industry advice where needed.
Website use and availability
Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, or use its content unlawfully. We aim to keep information accurate and available, but the site may change or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by applicable law, website information is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or suitability for every particular use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Cancellation, complaints, and changes
Project cancellation and complaint handling are described in the separate Cancellation and Complaints Policy and, where applicable, the written services agreement. We may update these website terms from time to time; the updated date identifies the current version. Changes to an already signed project agreement require the method of amendment stated in that agreement. Please contact us with any question about these terms before relying on website content for a project decision.
